Can you believe it’s been a year since we’ve opened? Thanks to your support, it has been an amazing year. As our token of appreciation, we are preparing a truly one-of-a-kind One Year Anniversary Experience.
Modan will be converted to a unique open experience, with various featured food stations that will be serving our Wagyu Dumplings, Handrails, Oyster Bar selection, and more.
In addition to the food, we will be featuring a live DJ and a tuna cutting ceremony, where Chef Chico and Restauranteur/Chef Ray Lee from Akiko’s will be serving delectable bites and educating about various cuts of tuna.
